FRESH, Food Resources and Education for Student Health, is a comprehensive peer nutrition education program created by and for university students. Using multiple strategies designed to increase awareness, improve knowledge, build skills, and influence the campus food environment, FRESH offers experiential learning opportunities for undergraduate students to educate their peers about all aspects of food and nutrition.

FRESH Culinary Discovery Series

In partnership with Hospitality Services, the FRESH Culinary Discovery series is a hands-on program designed to build food literacy, strengthen culinary confidence, and foster community through preparing easy meals while building student confidence in the kitchen. Students practice knife skills, learn and work through easy recipes from start to finish and get basic nutrition guidance focused on budgeting, ingredient substitution, and creating meals from available items.
